Cancellation/Refund Policy

Because all our products are handmade, we maintain the following policy.

Order Cancellation

• Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order if they have not been dispatched.
• Made-to-order and personalized products cannot be cancelled.

Returns

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection

•Color preference

• Personalized or customized products

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A defective product
• The wrong item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

• Order number

•Clear photos

•An uncut unboxing video from the beginning
Without an uncut unboxing video, claims may not be accepted.

After verification, we will offer one of the following:

• Replacement

•Refund (if replacement is unavailable)

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Personalized products
• Custom orders
